Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and executing multiple complex, cross-functional programs that support the organization’s Operations function. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with company objectives, and deliver programs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Operations programs and initiatives
- Partner with leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Provide regular program updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, including key wins, challenges, and action plans
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations
- Maintain consistent communication across all levels of the organization
- Drive continuous improvement through adoption of program and change management best practices
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana) to manage workflows and reporting
Required Experience & Skills
- 3 years of program or project management experience, preferably leading strategic or cross-functional initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional program management frameworks
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Hands on experience with JIRA
- Experience with other project/program management tools Confluence (HIGHLY preferred), Smartsheet, or Asana
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership
- Strong strategic thinking with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
