Our client is seeking a Junior Optimization Advisor to support digital optimization and experimentation initiatives. This role plays a key part in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests that enhance digital member experiences and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of digital testing initiatives from concept through deployment and analysis.
- Support the creation of testing artifacts, documentation, and reporting materials.
- Partner with business stakeholders and team members to understand testing objectives and requirements.
- Help analyze test performance, interpret data, and summarize insights for internal stakeholders.
- Utilize digital testing tools to set up, monitor, and document experiments.
Required Skills
- Foundational experience or exposure to digital testing, experimentation, or optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Role is onsite in San Antonio 4-5 days a week and candidates must reside in San Antonio. Relocation is not offered.
