We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our US Enterprise team to help organizations realize what’s possible with Pexip. You will be responsible for working with our largest and most strategic customers to help them achieve greater adoption, usage, and success with the Pexip portfolio of products. Typical tasks include "100 day" check ins, reviewing usage to identify areas for expansion, providing product update presentations, serving as the first line of escalation, serving as the customer's voice of feedback, and working with the greater sales team to expand utilization within the customer.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen balance of technical ability with the interpersonal skills to help customers understand how the utilization of Pexip technology can increase the value of their existing applications. What You’ll Do 

You will be a key resource in Pexip’s technical development and in driving our recognition and success in a highly competitive and exciting marketplace. The majority of time will be spent with customers and partners, where you will be instrumental in gathering feedback and working with our world class R&D teams in Norway and UK. Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all of Pexip's products and technologies.
  • Develop into the customer's trusted advisor on all things Pexip and the industry.
  • Identify areas for growth or repair, and working with the customer to execute the tasks that need to be completed.
  • Work with a variety of different organizational roles - from executives to end user support staff.
  • Balance sensitivity for customer needs to help all involved parties to succeed.
  • Serve as the first line of escalation for the customer, work to understand any issues that arise and help structure paths to resolution.
  • Conduct regular health checks on customer architectures.
  • Work with the product team to identify, scope, and prioritize features necessary to support our most strategic customers.


What You’ll Bring 

  • Able to break complicated problems down into small, manageable chunks.
  • Good working knowledge of the collaboration industry and related protocols, including SIP, H.323, WebRTC, Microsoft Skype for Business, firewall traversal, VoIP and so on.
  • Understanding of third-party collaboration solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Skype for Business on-prem/365, Cisco etc.
  • Overview and understanding of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrable ability to work within a global team of engineers and account executives.
  • Must be willing and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of scripting development is a plus.
  • "Can do" attitude!
