We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose health issues and develop treatment plans.
- Perform surgeries and other medical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed.
- Provide emergency care for injured or ill animals.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in veterinary practice, including knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal anatomy.
- Proficiency in animal handling techniques, including dog handling, animal restraint, and grooming practices.
- Experience with equine care is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques for surgical procedures and animal catheterization is preferred.
- A strong commitment to providing compassionate care to all animals.
