Reception Supervisor

PetVet Care Centers' Riverside Animal Hospital is currently seeking a Reception Supervisor to join their team!

Position Overview

• Responsible for ensuring courteous and efficient client service at the hospital, including phone management, payment processing, and receptionist supervision. Also, serves as a receptionist when needed.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receptionists, including hiring, evaluating, and enforcing policies.
• Schedule receptionists as per staffing needs and provide backup when necessary.
• Address client complaints, escalating issues to the Hospital Manager.
• Manage specialist scheduling and handle financial transactions.
• Process refunds, returns, credits, and payment plans.
• Generate billing statements, assist with collections, and prepare end-of-month reports.
• Serve as a backup to the Hospital Manager for building maintenance.
• Perform other assigned tasks by the Manager.
  
  

Qualifications (Required)

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
  
  

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

• Familiar with Cornerstone software, Canva, Office software, and multiphone line system
• Spanish speaker preferred (but not required)
  
  

Schedule:

• Tentative hours are Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm (scheduling will be flexible)
• 2 days off a week, based on needs of hospital
• Schedule is posted minimum 6 weeks in advance

Pay Range

$19—$22 USD
