Property Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of a hotel in Springdale. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys working independently and being the primary on-site presence at a smaller hotel.
The hotel operates with a streamlined model. The front desk is open only a few hours each day, with additional support provided remotely. A part-time housekeeping and part-time maintenance personnel support the property.
Responsibilities
Operate the front desk during limited daily operating hours
Manage guest arrivals, departures, room assignments and general guest needs
Respond to and resolve guest issues professionally
Maintain an on-site presence approximately 4-5 days per week
Provide limited after-hours response for guest or property emergencies while on-site
Coordinate and communicate with the housekeeping team
Inspect guest rooms and common areas and ensure the property is maintained to standards
Conduct regular property walks and identify maintenance, cleanliness or safety concerns
Coordinate maintenance issues and follow through to completion
Manage basic front-office systems, reservations and guest communications
Communicate regularly with off-site management regarding operations, guest issues and property needs
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, dependable, hands-on and comfortable running a property without constant supervision. We are open to candidates from a variety of operational backgrounds, including hotels and hospitality, restaurants, apartment or residential property management, and other guest-facing property operations.
Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required for a candidate with strong restaurant, hospitality or residential property-management experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
