This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Office Receptionist located in Idaho Falls, ID. The Medical Office Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, medical office tasks, and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Appointment Scheduling and Medical Office experience
• Insurance Verification skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Experience with electronic health records systems
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience.
• Must be accurate and have an eye for detail.
