What You’ll Do
- Create a stimulating, engaging classroom where children learn through play and discovery.
- Implement routines and schedules that keep the day structured and fun.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through creative, play-based experiences.
- Communicate openly and kindly with parents about their child’s day.
- Work as part of a strong team to keep our environment safe, supportive, and joyful.
- Join in our daily singalongs and end-of-day dance parties like a champ.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or preschool is a plus — but we’ll train the right person.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- CPR/First Aid certified is a bonus (or willing to get it).
- Must pass state fingerprint background check.
- Someone who loves to laugh, stays calm under pressure, and isn’t afraid to get on the floor and build block towers.

Work Schedule
- 4-Day Work Week: 7:00am–5:00pm or 7:30am–5:30pm (rotating day off)
- Monday–Friday | No weekends, ever
