Pets Tribe is growing, and we are looking for an experienced groomer to join our mobile grooming team.

Compensation
- Commission-based pay based on experience
- 100% of tips
- Weekly earnings typically $1,000–$1,500, depending on productivity and client retention
What we’re looking for
- Professional grooming experience
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Comfortable handling dogs of different sizes and temperaments
- Good communication with clients
- Willingness to learn our workflow and quality standards
How successful groomers work with us
- Review their route and appointments in advance
- Arrive prepared with tools and supplies ready
- Keep clients informed (ETA, service updates, delivery)
- Take before and after photos
- Report important observations about the pet
- Recommend and pre-book the next appointment (4–6 weeks)
- Build trust, earn better tips, and create recurring clients
