About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized Project Manager to manage the execution of retailer-driven product configurations across our pet and human CPG portfolios. This role partners closely with the Product Development team to manage retailer-specific variations, pack configurations, retailer displays, and other modifications to existing product lines.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sourcing, Sales, Licensing, Regulatory, Packaging, and other cross-functional partners to keep projects moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end execution of retailer-specific product configurations, including private label products, pack size or count changes, club and multi-pack conversions, exclusive SKUs, promotional configurations, and other retailer-requested modifications.
- Develop and execute retail merchandising displays, including pallets, endcaps, sidekicks, PDQs, floor displays, and other point-of-purchase solutions.
- Serve as the primary coordinator between Sales, Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Regulatory, and other cross-functional partners.
- Build and maintain project timelines, monitor milestones, and proactively identify and communicate project risks or delays.
- Coordinate artwork, packaging, and display specifications to ensure compliance with retailer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal specifications.
- Coordinate sample requests and licensor approvals through product launch.
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize recurring product configuration workflows.
- Partner with Product Managers on new product launches requiring retailer-specific configurations.
What You'll Need
- 4 years of experience in project management, account management, or product/program coordination; CPG experience preferred (pet or household categories).
- Experience coordinating retail merchandising display vehicles such as pallets, endcaps, sidekicks, PDQs, floor displays, or similar point-of-purchase programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact project timelines or product quality.
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
