Client Service Representative – Receptionist
Pets and Vets as Partners is an AAHA-accredited, dog and cat general practice in West Lafayette, Indiana, providing comprehensive care to the Greater Lafayette community. Guided by our motto, “quality pet care with a gentle touch,” we’re a team-focused, client-centered clinic that values compassion, collaboration, and growth.
We’re looking for a Client Service Representative to be the first and last impression of our clinic. In this role, you’ll communicate with clients, manage scheduling, handle check-in and check-out, and help create a top-tier experience in a friendly, welcoming, yet professional environment.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first and last impression—greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone, online, and in-person communication
- Schedule appointments and keep the daily schedule running smoothly
- Coordinate communication between clients, DVMs, and technical staff
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with outside clinics/labs
- Review invoices, process payments, and support prescription fulfillment
- Keep client areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Educate clients on products, services, and online pharmacy options

- Collaborative team of 4 DVMs, 4 credentialed technicians, 6 assistants, and 2 CSRs
- Strong focus on teamwork, cross-training, and continuous learning
- Fully electronic (Cornerstone Otto) with digital radiography, ultrasound, IDEXX lab, surgical and dental suites
