Inbound Phone Sales Specialist — Job Summary
As an Inbound Phone Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role is to guide pet owners through our services, answer their questions, and help them feel confident choosing Petropolis for their pet’s care.
You’ll connect with clients primarily over the phone, with some in-person interactions, using strong listening and communication skills to understand their needs and recommend the right services. From there, you’ll create detailed client profiles and schedule each pet’s first visit.
This is a sales-focused role where building trust, communicating clearly, and delivering a positive experience are just as important as closing the sale.

Pay & Benefits
- Team member in this position earn between $21 - $25 per hour. This includes a base pay of $16/hour and commission that averages between $5 - $9/hour
