Reporting directly to the STO Director, this role is responsible for managing the safe and efficient execution of E, I&C activities during Turnarounds. The Coordinator will work closely with Turnaround Contractors, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Warranty, and Project teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.

The Coordinator will work closely with Turnaround Contractors, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Warranty, and Project teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate E, I&C Turnaround execution according to company HSSE processes and procedures to ensure safe operations and minimize SIMOPS risks.
- Ensure adherence to the Integrity Management System, Work Management, and STO processes.
- Meet all Gate process deliverables within area of responsibility.
- Facilitate Turnaround scope of work workshops, ensuring work is captured in SAP, STO Revisions, and STO IDs.
- Support Turnaround Planners in developing detailed execution work packs and assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Collaborate with Turnaround Scheduler to develop and analyze project schedules, including Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
- Coordinate logistics, tools, and equipment certifications/mobilization with the Turnaround Logistics team.
- Ensure compliance with business controls and the use of approved contractors and suppliers.
- Participate in the selection process for Turnaround contractors and oversee their scope and scheduling contributions.
- Review and control contractor timesheets and manage interface communication between contractors, third parties, and internal teams.
- Monitor contractor work progress against schedules and communicate risks or schedule changes proactively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to lessons learned programs.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Electrical trade experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in an E, I&C maintenance execution lead or supervisory role, and 3 years as a Turnaround Coordinator within oil and gas, LNG, or petrochemical facilities.
- Strong knowledge of DCS systems (Yokogawa preferred), GE Mark VI, and field instrumentation.
- Experience managing the full Turnaround lifecycle and project controls best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance as an end user; Primavera P6 or MS Project experience is a plus.
- Commissioning, startup, and maintenance experience in oil and gas or petrochemical facilities is advantageous.
- Must hold a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) in good standing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills.
