Spotless Groomers is a mobile grooming business based out of Johnson County and servicing surrounding areas. Our fully equipped, self-contained mobile spa with state-of-the-art grooming equipment is designed to achieve maximum safety, comfort, and convenience. We are seeking a Mobile Pet Groomer to join the team The Groomer will work one-on-one in our fully equipped, self-contained mobile. Groomers keep 100% of their tips. This is not your typical Pet Salon environment We offer Sign-On Bonuses For new Groomers, $1000 is paid after six months of part-time employment, and $1000 is paid after three months of full-time employment. Responsibilities: Groom/trim, bathe, brush, comb, paw pad trimming, de-shedding, de-matting, drying, clipping, and filing nails, cleaning ears, and deodorizing according to breed or mixed breed specifications as well as providing client-specified or breed-specific haircuts. Express anal glands only upon client request. Properly maintain, clean, and sanitize all equipment. Properly control the use of replenishable supplies by following dilution-level guidelines. Protect pets and self by adhering to safety policies and procedures. Maintain pet records by documenting services and updating information. Resolve customer issues by listening to and attempting to address issues directly with clients and reporting all incidents, outcomes, and needed follow-up details to the back-office team.
Qualifications: 1 year of grooming experience is required. Customer service experience is a plus.
