Petroleum Traders Corporation is currently seeking a Credit Risk Analyst. The ideal candidate will analyze financial statements, evaluate the creditworthiness of businesses, assess the likelihood of default, and establish credit limits for new and existing clients. The role works closely with multiple departments internally as wells as new and existing clients externally.

- Financial Analysis: review financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to assess creditworthiness
- Risk Assessment: Identify, measure, and monitor counterparty credit risk and assign internal risk ratings by providing detailed reports inclusive of delinquency rates, credit risk, and overall client credit performance.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal credit policies.
- Collaboration: Work with internal sales and collections departments on negotiating credit terms and handling of delinquent accounts.
- Preferred associate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Or years of experience in a related field
- Understand risk modeling
- Ability to interpret numbers and data
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge in risk analysis
