Quality and Production Supervisor
PSC Group seeks a motivated, results-driven Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture
- Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs
- Collaborate with customers on quality inquiries and coordinate with the team to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred
- Industrial, quality, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Regular attendance and punctuality required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to wear required PPE and pass any associated medical evaluations
- Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required)
