Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, including customer service, employee supervision, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and compliance with PMG company standards. Candidate is a dependable, hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain high service standards, and keep store running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, including customer service, employee supervision, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and compliance with PMG company standards. Duties and Responsibilities *Includes, but not limited to:
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
- Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, and paperwork
- Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable
- Execute daily tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Reports to store in emergency situations: Break-in, robbery, alarm setting, failure of staff to lock up and set alarm, etc.
- Remain drug free and submit to random drug screens
- Follow and adhere to all policies regarding vendor check in procedures, inventory reporting procedures, employee discipline procedures, and employee handbook
- Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
- Maintenance of records and inputs data into computer system provided
- Ensure all shifts are covered
- Manages the operations of the store including but not limited to:
- Cleanliness, customer service, inventory, stocking, ordering, and any other requests from District and Area Manager
- Training will be provided on your duties and responsibilities*
Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or college degree
- Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills
- Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience
- Valid NC Driver’s License
- Schedule Flexibility
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- Working Cell Phone with texting ability
