TA and Petro Stopping Centers Travel Stores offer convenient, one-stop shopping and entertainment – including a casino! We’re currently hiring a Slot Floor Attendant to join our team!

In this role, you can expect to:

· Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant enthusiastic attitude

· Troubleshoot and repair minor problems at the machine; Documents the repairs unable to be fix at machine level

· Circulate throughout assigned area, maintaining visibility for guests within that area

· Provide information to guests, such as how to play various gaming machines, and general information about the casino and games offered Redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for guests

· Witness/verify machine jackpots, both at the gaming machine and on manual documents

· Summons restaurant or beverage service as requested

· Notify the manager of positive and negative feedback from customers; Assist in resolving guest complaints

· Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety within the gaming area

What we’d like to see:

· A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!

· High School Diploma (or GED) or on the job training in slot machine maintenance and repair

· Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with guests, management, fellow employees and vendors/contractors

· Excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal) skills

· Ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed

· Accurate money handling skills

· Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation

· Able to obtain a Gaming Registration card
