Our Travel Stores offer convenient, one-stop shopping and entertainment – including a casino! We are currently looking for a Bartender and want you to join our team!

In this role, you can expect to:

· Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests are exceeded

· Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards; Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed

· Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the food menu, and maintain a complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections

· Respond to guest concerns with the ability to creatively solve problems and develop robust solutions; Notify manager of positive and negative feedback from customers

· Receive and maintain proper cash accountability in cash register for shift; Able to check out the register and prepare the shift report properly

· Check identification of guests who appear to be under the age of 30 to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol; adhere to federal and state alcohol regulations

· Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests

· Practice continual communication with managers and co-workers

· Perform other job related duties as assigned

What we’d like to see:

· High School Diploma (or GED)

· One or more years of bartending experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills

· Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

· State of Nevada TAM Card

· A complete knowledge of state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving

· Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation
