Duties
- Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently to meet customer needs
- Conduct oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety
- Diagnose basic automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical problems, perform preventive maintenance, and recommend additional services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions confidently
Requirements
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated mechanic experience with hands-on knowledge of automotive systems
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical tools, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service tasks
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with oil changes, tire service, wheel alignment, and general automotive service is a plus
- Good communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork
