Job Description
- Be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Be able to organize and prioritize work
- Setup and Organize Audio/Visual meetings (ie. Teams, Go to Meeting)
- Multiline Phone System
- Travel Arrangements
- Maintain Hard and Digital files
- Prepare weekly and daily reports
- Able to interact well with multiple departments in corporate office as well as district offices
- Positive and Upbeat attitude
