Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, offering expert advice on plants, gardening supplies, and landscape maintenance.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their gardening projects, including lawn care, floral design, and landscape needs.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the garden center by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and general plant maintenance
- Ability to handle sales transactions, cash handling, and customer payments.
- Support plant maintenance tasks such as pruning, planting, watering, and general upkeep when needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
Requirements
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, floral design, or outdoor landscaping is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting plants or supplies, standing for extended periods, and performing outdoor work in various weather conditions.
