We are seeking a new Commercial Insurance Assistant to join our team. Your role will be to assist our customer service team in meeting the needs of commercial insurance policyholders. As a member of the Commercial lines customer service department, you will work with Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives and report to our Office Manager.

- Electronically attach documents
- Review policy documents to verify accuracy in rating, typing and coverage
- Document discrepancies and/or errors in reviewed policy documents
- Prepare written correspondence
- Process endorsement requests
- Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards
- Process cancellation notices
- Process invoices
- Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner
- Maintain regular, pro-active communication with service team members

- Property and Casualty Insurance
