What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Bridal Consultant position at Petoskey Bridal?
Petoskey Bridal has been serving brides since 1968.
As a PBS bridal consultant you have to believe that an outstanding customer experience is of utmost importance. We assist hundreds of brides and grooms each year and customer service is our main focus. With many new changes happening this year we are in search of a consultant who has positive vibes and who is ready to work with any customer that comes through our doors. Our salon is looking for a motivated sales consultant who is able and willing to work Thursdays 10-8, Fridays 10-5 and Saturdays 10-2.
Responsibilities:
- Outfitting brides and their entire bridal parties.
- Helping our PBS prom beauties find their gown and accessories.
- Aware of current bridal trends and fashions.
- Able to adapt quickly to different personalities and situations.
- Being motivated to up-sell products and having knowledge of all merchandise on our sales floor.
- Making sure that the sales floor is always organized and clean.
Requirements:
- Minimal 5 years retail sales experience.
- High-school diploma or higher.
- Excellent people skills.
- Self motivated with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Upbeat, outgoing personality, and customer-oriented, positive attitude. Attitude is everything!
