Summary: The Junior Accountant will work directly under the supervision of the Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is a self starter to join our team and gain practical accounting knowledge in a quality accounting department.

Full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Duties and Responsibilities
· Closely monitor inventory level and place daily purchase orders under the direct supervision of the Controller
· Communicate with suppliers and reconcile discrepancies
· Import sales data into the ERP system and reconcile credit card deposits
· Import inventory invoices into the ERP system
· Assist with financial reporting and month end close tasks
· Perform other functions as assigned

Professional Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
· Must be detail oriented and have good understanding of accounting concepts

· Must have good judgment and problem-solving ability, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
· Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
