In this role, you’ll connect with pet parents nationwide, helping them discover more cost-effective ways to care for their pets while supporting our mission to make pet care affordable and accessible.What You’ll DoReach out to pet parents via phone and email to promote the PetPlus membership program.Communicate program benefits clearly and confidently to drive enrollment and close sales.Provide outstanding customer service while handling questions about orders, prescriptions, and products.Assist customers with Rx and non-Rx order updates, including communication with veterinary offices.Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service KPIs.Collaborate with supervisors to share feedback and suggest process improvements.
