Location: Petland Kennesaw (Primary Location), Petland Mall of Georgia
PAY:
- $36,000 starting base salary
- Bonus opportunities based on store performance
- On-target earnings (Bonus pay)
- Totaling up to $60,000/year
SCHEDULE:
- 40–45 hours per week
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re hiring a driven Assistant Sales Manager to help lead sales operations.
This role is perfect for someone who can multitask, lead a team, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a direct role in building strong teams and helping stores hit performance goals.
Proven track record required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with daily store operations & SALES
- SALES
- Help drive puppy sales and customer experience
- Lead training and support team members
- Manage opening/closing procedures & inventory
- Conduct initial virtual interviews and provide input
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews
- Maintain a consistent hiring pipeline for all locations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Strong phone skills
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Sales or specific retail experience
- Must have a love for animals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
