DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Loads and unloads delivery vehicles
- Picks orders quickly and accurately using a scan gun
- Packs orders properly for shipping across multiple states
- Receives, inspects, and checks accuracy of all inbound purchase orders and transfers
- Maintains accurate inventory levels
- Operates forklifts, stock pickers, and delivery trucks
- Assists in the processing of orders, verifies order accuracy and prints packing slips
- Creates bills of lading and arranges freight pick up
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Standing – Continually required to stand
- Walking –Continually required to walk
- Sitting - Occasionally required to sit
- Travelling – Occasionally required to travel
- Finger Dexterity - Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Climb, Bend, Balance, Stoop, Kneel or Crawl - Continually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Talking/Hearing - Frequently required to talk or hear
- Visual Accuity - Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
- Lifting/Pushing/Carrying – Not required to lift more than 75 lbs. at a time with frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying of up to 75 lbs.
