As a Teacher at Petite Scholars Learning Center, you play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our young Scholars. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring Growth: Developing each child’s potential through intentional academic and creative experiences.
- Creating a Safe Haven: Providing a warm, secure, and orderly environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
- Nurturing the Whole Child: Supporting the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development of every child in your care.
- Establishing Positive Routines: Guiding children with consistent routines and encouraging positive behavior through modeling and support.
- Planning with Purpose: Designing monthly classroom plans and engaging activities that reflect our program’s goals and philosophy.
- Celebrating Progress: Sharing each child’s growth with families through bi-annual progress reports and parent-teacher conferences.
- Building Partnerships: Maintaining open, daily communication with parents to create a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Maintaining Records with Care: Completing accident reports, anecdotal notes, and other documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Upholding Trust: Maintaining strict confidentiality and promptly reporting any concerns or suspected abuse to the Director.
- Creating Inspiring Spaces: Arranging and maintaining a classroom that sparks curiosity and aligns with our mission.
- Staying Compliant: Meeting all licensing and regulatory requirements with excellence and attention to detail.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
