Help People When They Need It Most
Pete’s Mobile Service is a growing roadside assistance provider and one of the largest AAA light service contractors in the area. We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Roadside Assistance Technicians.
In this role, you’ll assist stranded motorists throughout Jacksonville, providing fast, professional service in a variety of situations.
Schedule
- Flexible shifts available: 6am to 6pm, 7am to 7pm, 8am to 8pm, or 9am to 9pm
- Average 40 to 42 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Test and diagnose vehicle batteries and electrical systems
- Install and replace AAA batteries on-site
- Assist with flat tires and minor roadside repairs
- Perform vehicle lockouts safely and legally
- Respond to a variety of roadside emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service in high-stress situations
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using tools, mobile apps, and basic software
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to help others

Work Environment
This is a field-based role, working on the road throughout Jacksonville. You will assist customers in all types of conditions, including heat, rain, and other weather situations.
