Summary of Position

This role uses data driven forecasting, inventory analysis, and cross functional collaboration to balance demand, supply, and financial goals. Responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels across assigned product categories and locations, balancing product availability, inventory investment, and financial efficiency to support sales targets and service level commitments. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday 8 AM to 430 PM, expected in office 4 out of 5 days a week.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain inventory and demand forecasts at the SKU, category, and location levels using historical trends, demand signals, and business inputs.
  • Monitor inventory health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving shortages, overstocks, slow-moving inventory, and product expiry risks.
  • Manage inventory planning for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
  • Analyze inventory and sales trends, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators, providing actionable recommendations to improve inventory efficiency and product availability.
  • Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Category Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives.
  • Support inventory-related inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory planning data and ensure data integrity across ERP and planning systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy, planning effectiveness, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in inventory planning, demand planning, supply chain, forecasting, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/planning systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.




What We Bring

  • Compensation - In accordance with Washington state law, the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, with the final rate determined by qualifications, skills, and experience.
