What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Night Cleaner position at Peterson's Property Maintenance, Inc.?
Peterson's Property Maintenance has janitorial cleaning positions that are available full-time nights Monday - Friday 5pm-midnight (possibly slightly later), with an on call rotational weekend schedule rotational schedule which consist of either a Saturday or a Sunday once every 3-4 weeks. Paid vacation, sick and holidays after introductory period. Starting pay $15.00 per hour. MUST HAVE VALID PA DRIVER'S LICENSE AND BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
Duties:
- Janitorial cleaning
- Dust
- Sweep, mop and vacuum
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Wipe surface areas
- Empty trash cans
- Detail Clean
- Restock supplies and cleaning materials
- Assist in training of new staff members
- Must have valid driver's licenses
- Company vehicle provided during working shift
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must have good communication skills, customer service oriented
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work an on - call rotational weekend schedule which is one Saturday or one Sunday once a month.
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
