Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on HarleyDavidson motorcycles
- Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining highquality standards
- Conduct routine services including oil changes, tire replacement, and brake work
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using proper tools and procedures
- Follow all factory guidelines and safety standards
- Accurately document repairs and labor time on repair orders
- Perform predelivery inspections (PDI) on new motorcycles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and needs
- Stay current with technical training and certifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a motorcycle, powersports, or automotive technician preferred
- HarleyDavidson or OEM certifications are a plus
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, productiondriven environment
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
