Finance / Business Manager
$80K to $200K Performance-Based Potential Income!

At least 3 years of F&I / Business Manager experience in a Powersports, Automotive (or related) environment is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
The Finance / Business Manager is responsible for securing the deal, presenting/selling finance and insurance products, maximizing profit and more.
Compliance with securing the deal includes making sure all proper documentation for both the lending institution and the state is filled out and signed properly. This includes all contracts, bills of sale, registration forms, odometer statements, credit applications, titling docs, red flag compliance, dealer participation forms and all other required documentation to close the deal.
Secure all private customer information
Receive and receipt all applicable funds, down payments, etc.
Present/sell backend Finance and Insurance products and maximize the backend gross profit of each deal.
Present customers with products such as extended warranty, maintenance plans, tire and wheel, gap insurance, appearance protection, theft protection, etc.
Holding points to maximize reserve value
Provide an environment where department members can grow and improve their skill sets
Keep up to date on all training and promotions
Continue education on new state guidelines
Fill out requisite google docs
Requirements
Qualifications - Finance / Business Manager:
Language Skills: Bilingual Highly Preferred
At least 3 years of Powersports (or related) Finance / Business Manager experience is strongly preferred
Self-motivated to succeed with a great attitude and outstanding work ethic
High ethical standards, organized and strong attention to details
Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance
Weekend availability is required
