Description:
Peterson Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time, make-ready technician to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join our team!
A technician in this position would be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs in both occupied and vacant units including but not limited to:
- Make vacant units rent ready by completing general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Complete work orders for current residents while providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with maintaining grounds, including pools
- Assist with snow remove and application of ice melt
- Participate in emergency on-call rotation - bonus applies
- Assist with quarterly preventative maintenance checks and repairs
- Perform light checks for building exteriors, hallways, and common areas
- Other related tasks as needed at surrounding properties owned/managed by Peterson Properties, Inc.

- Must have verifiable experience in a similar maintenance position for multi-family housing. Compensation based on experience.
- CPO preferred, but not required
- Must have your own basic tools including a smartphone or IPAD
- Physical demands include constant walking, standing, climbing stairs/ladders and lifting up to 50lbs on a frequent basis.
- Time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work
- Successfully complete background and drug screening
- Ability to work an “On Call” rotation – Additional BONUS Pay applies
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
