Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager reports to a Regional Manager, and is a full-time, remote-site role located in the Great Lakes area of the U.S. Under the direction of the Region manager, responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and creating and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Duties also involve training clients on product offerings and ensuring their needs are effectively addressed. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to deliver tailored solutions to customers, ensuring the continued growth of the business.
Qualifications
- MUST reside in either Ohio or the Southeastern Michigan area.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies to meet targets and expand the customer base.
- Experience providing training for clients to enhance product understanding and usage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in sales software and tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety lighting and harness systems is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
