What You Will Do
The Stewardship and Development Coordinator is a dynamic fundraising professional responsible for advancing donor engagement, stewardship, and event-based fundraising initiatives. This role is central to building and sustaining meaningful donor relationships through thoughtful stewardship practices, high-quality events, and personalized communication strategies.
The coordinator manages a select portfolio of donors and prospects, leads stewardship efforts including acknowledgment and recognition, and ensures the timely execution of donor communications such as end-of-year tax statements. This role also contributes to the planning and execution of Foundation events that strengthen donor connection and community engagement.
In addition, this position provides administrative and operational support that enables effective donor engagement, ensures data integrity, and supports the overall efficiency of the Development Office. Administrative responsibilities are integrated in support of fundraising outcomes and donor experience.
Required Education
Associate’s degree; however relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
Nonprofit or healthcare fundraising and/or event experience
Required Experience
2-4 years in fundraising, events, or related field
