What You Will Do
The Network Engineer supports general network connectivity and Secuity as directed the IT Management and Network Engineer III. May assist with monitoring and analyzing systems security as directed. Provides technical support for general connectivity and administrative management of our cloud based telephone solution. Trouble shoots users issues and provides guidance to internal and external users.
Preferred Education
4 year degree in computer science or related programs.
Required Skills
Analytical skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Certification in PC troubleshooting and maintenance
Required Experience
1-3 years of experience working with Information Systems Operations. Knowledgeable in Network Operating Systems and highly skilled in Micro-computer functionality and applications affecting network interoperability, cloud-based technology
Preferred Experience
4-7 years of experience working with Information Systems Operations. Knowledgeable in Network Operating Systems and highly skilled in Micro-computer functionality and applications affecting network interoperability, cloud-based technology.
