Our client, a reputable regional Heavy Civil Contractor, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to help expand their wastewater division. Qualifications
- 10 years experience in wastewater treatment facility construction
- 7 years as a Project Manager
- Experience managing various constructing components of wastewater treatment plant: dirt work, yard piping, concrete structures, inside mechanical, and process piping
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Proven experience in managing projects in the $5M- $100M range from cradle to grave
- Experience in managing self-perform forces in WTP/WWTP
Responsibilities
- As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the complete execution of various projects such as Water/Wastewater, Treatment Plants.
- You will manage a team of Project Engineers and associated field management.
- You will be responsible for managing subordinates and subcontractors.
- The Project Manager position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, Project Set-up, Project Cost-Control, Scheduling, Complete Project Oversight, and Profit & Loss.
