Peterson Cat has a need for a Utility Worker at our Susanville, CA location.
Summary
The Utility Person is responsible for assisting the parts departments by stocking and/or pulling inventory. Will also be responsible delivering parts to customer’s job sites; as well as maintaining parts departments housekeeping.
Essential Job Functions
The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign the functions to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. Job functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of experience in heavy duty parts department warehouse, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to operate a forklift. Must have a valid Driver's License.
The pay for this position is: $21.55/hr We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.

- Deliver parts to customer’s job sites, collect necessary documentation and payment.
- Perform miscellaneous clean-up of the parts department and maintain contamination control standards.
- Must be able to perform general labor duties as required.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Take care of environmental concerns.
- Operate forklift to operate essential functions of the job.
