Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Process and validate high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
- Generate accurate and timely customer invoices based on contractual terms, project milestones, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
- Review billing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Reconcile invoice discrepancies and investigate billing issues with customers, vendors, operations, and accounting teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor account records, including charges, payments, credits, and account balances.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and collaborate with Credit and Accounting to support collections and account resolution activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities through accurate billing, documentation, and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized records and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Credit, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial transactions and customer invoicing.
- Assist with additional administrative, purchasing, and sales support functions as assigned.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
