We are looking to hire a production worker to run our state-of-the-art, lean manufacturing equipment. Great benefits, 80 hours vacation, and 48 personal hours. A background with Manufacturing, Quality Control, calipers, micrometers, optics is a huge plus!
Schedule: Non-rotating Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Salary: $21-24.75/hour
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Production line operation, making precision rifle casings.
- Adhering to safety and environmental rules
- Drawing metal into shapes and diameters
- Reading and interpreting plant procedures and work instructions
- Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Performing general housekeeping
- Feeding and / or placing raw material into equipment for processing
- Handling materials, and cargo
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs repetitively, including over your head up to 6' 7" high.
- Measuring dimensions of work-in-process and finished goods
- Ensuring conformance to specifications
Required Experience / Skills:
- 1 year Manufacturing experience.
- No conviction record, PFA order against them, or anything else that would prevent them from purchasing or owning a firearm.
- Able to pass a background check & drug test (including marijuana per federal regulations).
- High attention-to-detail; high conscientiousness
Helpful Skills: HVAC, Electrician, Plumber, Auto Mechanic, Carpenter, Construction, Machinist, Welder, any other highly mechanical background.
