- Lead and manage all aspects of written discovery with accuracy and accountability
- Organize, track, and analyze medical records, evidence, and case data
- Support case development, timelines, experts, and damages documentation
- Prepare pleadings, motions, deposition materials, exhibits, and trial notebooks
- Serve as a key liaison for clients, witnesses, and experts
- Assist attorneys during depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Maintain a proactive system for deadlines, follow-up, and file organization
🎯 What You Bring
- 5 years experience as a litigation paralegal (PI preferred)
- Strong command of discovery, case management, and litigation workflow
- Precision, organization, and excellent written communication
- Ability to juggle complex files and anticipate what’s needed next
