Essential Functions
***Microsoft Dynamics AX/Infor:***
- Serve as the primary point person for the elements of the ERP system that pertain to the demand/supply profile for manufactured products.
- Work with all Operational departments and IT to drive systemic improvements. Serve as the mentor and trainer to manufacturing personnel in all issues related to MRP.
- Participate in the effort to evolve the MRP system to better suit the needs of a Lean manufacturing environment.
- Firm and Release production orders for production
- Problem Solve MRP Issues
Microsoft Project
- Create and maintain schedules.
- Provide quick responses to production issues.
- Identify problems and help improve processes.
- Use Microsoft Project to generate reports and schedules.
- Ensure that company deadlines are met.
- Manage Material updates in schedule / customer changes / non-conformance.
- Attends meetings to preview or review existing or new Projects.
- Other job duties as required.
- Microsoft (Project Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Infor
- Blueprint reading
- Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing
- Ability to type 25 WMP.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: **
- Ability to create logical schedules.
- Know how to use and generate reports and schedules.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of MRP required (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge and utilization of scheduling, inventory control and planning methods
- General understanding of fabrication / machining / inventory and control
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM.
High School Diploma preferred.
