The Seasonal Visitor Services Team Member serves as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming, engaging, and informative experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional 5-star customer service, managing ticketing and admissions, and supporting daily museum operations to ensure a seamless and memorable visit for all guests during peak attendance periods. The position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and the flexibility to work at museum events.

About The Role
The Seasonal Visitor Services Team Member serves as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming, engaging, and informative experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional 5-star customer service, managing ticketing and admissions, and supporting daily museum operations to ensure a seamless and memorable visit for all guests during peak attendance periods. The position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and the flexibility to work at museum events.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate monetary transactions including fees for admission, advance admission, parking, memberships as well as group/school tours, and gift tickets/cards.
- Review daily cash drawer transactions for admissions.
- Conduct museum visitor surveys and collect data/feedback.
- Provide helpful information and friendly service to visiting museum patrons.
- Dress in clean and presentable attire consisting of a uniform shirt, comfortable closed-toe shoes, and business appropriate pants.
- Performs other work-related duties and projects as assigned.
- Cashier and Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
