Facilities Director:
$36-38/hr

The Facilities Director ensures proper functioning of all mechanical equipment and systems, including routine and preventative maintenance. Quality Assurance controls on clean and safe physical environments for all occupants. Review of cost controls for the Facilities budgets. Working with vendors and group purchasing organizations to reduce maintenance expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Being the community leader responsible for the overall integrity of the physical plant.
- Performing general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs, plumbing and electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, H.V.A.C., landscape, carpentry, painting and equipment repair.
- Ensuring that walls, floor covering, doors, windows, furniture and woodwork in the common area of the community are properly maintained and repaired.
- Documenting safety issues as well as physical plan deficiencies related to all guidelines.
- Must be available Monday-Friday, day shift hours, and be available for night and/or weekend on-call responsibilities.
- This is a working position with daily, on-site responsibilities.
