PETERMAN MAXCY ASSOCIATES, LLC, located in Gibbsboro, NJ, seeks a survey technician assistant for our engineering and surveying office. Peterman Maxcy Associates, LLC is a consulting engineering and land surveying firm involved in land development primarily in the southern New Jersey area.

POSITION SUMMARY
Candidates, at a minimum, should have experience with the preparation and assembly of Plot Plans/Grading Plans, preparation of legal descriptions and preparation of base survey plans. The candidate will primarily assist our survey coordinator in residential and commercial land development projects. Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required. Interaction with the clients and staff to assist in the execution of daily tasks and objectives in a timely and efficient manner along with all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 to 3 years minimum experience. Salary commensurate with experience level.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in technical writing skills a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
