The Role:
Our Plumbing Install technicians install and replace systems within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
What You'll Do
- Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (from water heaters to compressors to valves...you know it all)!
- Consistently represent yourself as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
- Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.
- Explain plumbing equipment to customers.
- Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and company events
What You'll Need
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- 6 months to a 1 year of Plumbing Install experience is a plus
- Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Your Team
- Clean, Safe, Driving Record
- High School Diploma or GED
