The Role:

The Jetting Team will perform drain cleanings, minor plumbing repairs, and conduct jetting services. Our Jetting Technicians will utilize Peterman Brother’s jetting equipment to clear sewer lines for pre-sold work by Sewer Sales and/or Plumbing Maintenance, while protecting customer homes. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home.

What You'll Do

• • Completes in-home drain cleaning, jetting, cable work, minor plumbing repairs, and 360 whole home evaluations. 

  • Keeps cleanliness of the work area as a priority, by utilizing shop-vacs floor protection, wipes, and shoe covers. 

  • Consistently represents themselves as a professional and "industry knowledgeable". 

  • Educates customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement and leans on the expertise of the sewer sales department for turning jobs over. 

  • Always maintains a clean truck/trailer, takes care of jetter heads and the hose reel. 

  • Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

What You'll Need

• 6 Months of Previous Plumbing Experience (Preferred) 
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes (Preferred) 
• Ability to make on the job decisions 
• A clean, safe, driving record 
• Passionate about Peterman and loves the brand.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude on life.
• A knack for diffusing messy situations 
• High School Diploma or GED
