The Role
Our Electrical Install technicians install and replace items within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
Electrical Install technicians receive hourly pay between $25-$35. This role also offers guaranteed 40 hours pay, even if you don't physically work 40 hours.
What You'll Do
- Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.
- Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
- Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
- Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
What You'll Need
- 2 Years Residential Industry Experience
- Journeyman/Residential/Master License
- A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen
- High School Diploma or GED
